Risk Assessment / Threat Assessment

This is the basis on which Greymans approaches and completes all assessments, regardless of the subject. Assessing risks and threats facing any organisation entails measuring the problem, managing the problem and then removing it.

Assessing the “risk” should reflect what an organisation should reasonably be expected to know about the risk(s) it faces and how to successfully manage, mitigate, transfer or accept it. .Assessing the “threat” should reflect a full understanding of the threat, its source, its capabilities, its potential and the action necessary to prevent it, manage it or mitigate it.

Experience has shown that this structured approach enables issues faced by the client, either on a routine basis or for the first time, to be efficiently and cost effectively managed and resolved.

Greymans has experience in managing a wide variety of both UK and international risks and threats. A programme of on going updates ensures the threat is under constant review and management.
